Motion carried 7-0. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Westgaard <br /> to appoint Nate Ovall as Secretary for 2017. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Provo and seconded by Commissioner Ovall to <br /> appoint Matt Westgaard as Treasurer for 2017. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Westgaard and seconded by Commissioner Wagner <br /> to appoint Bryan Provo as Assistant Treasurer for 2017. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 6.3 EDA Subcommittee Appointments <br /> Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report. <br /> President Tveite indicated Commissioner Ovall currently serves as EDA and <br /> banking representatives on the EDA Finance Committee and he would like to see <br /> the EDA position opened up to someone else on the EDA if they are interested. <br /> Moved by President Tveite and seconded by Commissioner Ovall to appoint <br /> Bryan Provo as Economic Development Authority representative to the <br /> Economic Development Authority Finance Subcommittee. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> Commissioner Ovall indicated he is excited to see Rhonda Magnussen serving on the <br /> Beautification Committee and wondered if she would be interested in also filling the <br /> legal representative position on the EDA Finance Committee.
