2016 Land Use Application Form and Conditional Use Permit Narrative <br /> <br />We are applying for a conditional use permit for parking and storage of vehicles for <br />Northern Tiny Builders (NTB). The approval of this permit is one of two <br />contingencies required by Chelsea 3 LLC (C3) in purchasing the land, the other is <br />the approval to split the current plot, Chelsea 3 LLC is only purchasing the <br />property on the SOUTH side of 163rd Avenue in Elk River. Chelsea 3 is a LLC that is an equal <br />partnership between an investor and myself. C3 will be requesting the permits for <br />the fence, building and any other permits required by Elk River to get the site ready <br />for NTB. NTB will be the tenant and be requiring the Conditional Use Permit for <br />outside storage and parking.
