Will fullY complY with all other requirements of this Code, including atry applicable requirements and <br />standards for the issuance of a license or permit to establish and operate the proposed use in the city. <br /> <br />If denial of such a permit should occur, it shall accompany recommendations or determinations by <br />findings or a report stating how the proposed use does not comply with the standards set forth in <br />section 30-654. <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The applicant would like operate a middle school at 555 Railroad Drive. The location of the <br />proposed facility will be within an existing building located on the site. They are utilizing three <br />rooms in the building, two class rooms and an office. The portion of the building was formally used <br />by a Montessori school. The building is shared by the Bishop George W. Speltz Middle School, a <br />credit union and a glass business. The applicant is presendy located at 19277 Vernon Street, near <br />Meadowvale School <br /> <br />Analysis <br /> <br />Floor Plan <br />The applicant is proposing to occupy three rooms located in the southeast comer of the front of the <br />building. The space includes two classrooms and an office. <br /> <br />Operation <br />Attached is the narrative of operational procedures submitted by the applicant. Classes will be held <br />Monday-Friday 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. There is a fenced playground area <br />located on the west side of the parking lot. The fenced area was installed as part of the Montessori <br />school. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Site Impacts <br />No alterations to the site are proposed. The applicant will utilize the existing playground and parking <br />lot. No internal changes will be needed to accommodate the preschool. <br />
