This ordinance amendment would allow the <br />process of dry cleaning to occur within the Downtown District area and would not limit <br />such facilities to retail outlets whereby items to be cleaned would be dropped off, shipped <br />off site for processing, returned, and picked up by the customer. The anticipated schedule <br />to complete this ordinance amendment with a slight shift in schedule would be review by the <br />Planning Commission on March 22nd and consideration by the City Council on April 4th. <br /> <br />Land Use Leeal Trainine <br /> <br />Peter Beck, City Attorney, will be conducting his regular land use legal training with the <br />Planning Commission on March 8, 2005.
