As you are aware, this plat contains 25 lots <br />along two cul-de-sacs - 184th Court and 185th Court, lying westerly of Smith Street. This is <br />die last portion of the Trott Brook Farms development in this area. There is still a small <br />portion in the southeast corner of the development, which will be the fmal12th Addition. <br /> <br />. <br />Both cul-de-sacs are within the maximum length prescribed by City ordinance. We are <br />currently reviewing the construction plans for the 11th Addition.. There may be some <br />adjustments to the utility looping between the two cul-de-sacs.
