Half of the rate it
has grown over the last 15%
4. SWOT Analysis
Informal brainstorm - STRENGTHS
- Educated workforce
- High participation rate
- Higher job wages
- Younger workforce
- Transportation infrastructure
- Educational (higher ed) facilities
- Access to strong local medical facility
- Heavy retail (possible weakness)
- Business services available
- Strong development/relationships/partnerships with govt and business etc
- Strong school system
- Great recreational opportunities
- Good water quality
- Options for disabled employment opportunities
- Youth apprenticeship program (school program)
- Location — between St Cloud and Metro
- Employer based training
- Access to low interest rates when borrowing money
Informal brainstorm —WEAKNESSES
- Broadband
- Housing
