3. Parks and Recreation Management <br /> The Parks and Recreation Director and/or the Recreation Manager will attend <br /> the meetings to update the commission on department activities and provide <br /> answers to any questions discussed during the meeting. <br /> ARTICLE X-AMENDMENTS TO BYLAWS <br /> 1. Any changes to the Bylaws will be reviewed and approved by the Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission and filed with the City Clerk's office. <br /> 2. These bylaws shall become effective upon adoption by the Parks and Recreation <br /> Commission. <br /> 3.
