PART 4 — FEES FOR DISPOSAL <br />A. An annual Special Discharge Permit Fee of $1,000 will apply and shall be paid at time of <br />execution of the agreement. (2017, 2018, 2019 — Three years - $3,000) This fee is expected to <br />cover increased administration cost of the City for review of laboratory reports and billings. <br />B. Charges for treatment will be based upon flow provided the leachate concentrations are <br />consistent with loadings set forth in Attachments A and B. <br />C.
