This includes a residential population of 32,875 plus commercial <br />and light industrial contribution with an equivalent residential contribution of 12,125 in current <br />and future unidentified sources. Details regarding the facility design criteria are included in the <br />2013 Wastewater Treatment Facility Plan for the City of Elk River. Contribution are <br />summarized in Table 3 below.
