Resolution No. 99- <br /> <br />Issue <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />At the March 15th Council meeting the Council postponed action on the <br />preliminary and final plat. The St. Louis Park Sportsmans Club was <br />concerned about the plat's affect on the operation of their trap range. The <br />City's firearm ordinance does not allow the discharge of firearms within 500 <br />feet of plated property. To address this issue the City Attorney drafted an <br />amendment to the firearms ordinance that would allow the Sportsmans Club <br />to continue to operate as they currently do. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
