Preliminary plat of 70.71 acres into 9 commercial lots and 2 outlots <br /> <br />2. A conditional use permit for a 70.71 acre commercial Planned Unit <br />Development <br /> <br />Location <br /> <br />The southeast corner of Highway 169 and Main Street <br /> <br />Zoning/ Land use <br /> <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) / HB (Highway Business) <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />- Staff report from March 8, 1999 City Council meeting <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />At the March 8th Council meeting, the staff presented an overview of the <br />project and the Council had an opportunity to hear public comment. <br />Unfortunately, the developer, the City Engineer and City Attorney were <br />unable to be in attendance.
