<br />3.0 <br /> <br />Public Involvement and Agency Coordination <br /> <br />A comprehensive and proactive public and agency involvement program will be conducted to <br />support the EIS process, Phase II of the MIS, .and the station area pl.anning process. A public <br />involvement specialist will be retained by the NCDA; the Contractor will support the program. <br /> <br />..... .~. ~':-':_';,'.:"'-:'-',- '."-'~,-:......' ;'-: :- <br /> <br />The'initial program to be completed will be defined by the PMT; this program will define a <br />comprehensive approach for community/public involvement and agency coordination. The <br />program will be continuously monitored to assess results; when required, modifications will be <br />made. - <br /> <br />3.1 Public Involvement <br /> <br />The Contractor will attend selected events and will provide support in developing presentations <br />for project and public meetings.
