This includes the two cul-de- <br />sacs at the very north end of the project and the cul-de-sac off of Vernon Street on 195th Circle. <br />We find that the final plat follows the approved preliminary plat. The one suggestion we would <br />make is the watermain looping issue and storm drainage to serve these areas has yet to be <br />determined. These utilities might require wider side lot easements in the areas they are <br />constructed. We would suggest that the concept of utility layouts for Lafayette Woods 3rd <br />Addition be approved prior to recording the final plat to ensure that adequate easements are <br />provided for utility purposes. <br /> <br />If you have questions regarding this final plat, please call. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />HOWARD R.
