Ordinance Amendment 98-5 <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The applicant is applying for a conditional use permit in order to comply with <br />the new ordinance regulating parking and storage of large commercial <br />vehicles in residential areas. The applicant has roughly 2.7 acres of land in <br />the RIa district.
