<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 99- <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br /> <br />S.AP. 204-107-06 (School Street) from Proctor Avenue to Jackson Avenue in the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION was passed this 16th day of February, 1999, by the <br />City of Elk River in Sherburne County, Minnesota. The Municipal Corporation shall hereinafter <br />be called the "City", WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the "City", has planned the improvement of School Street, State Aid Route <br />No. 107 from Proctor Avenue to Jackson Avenue in the City of Elk River, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the <br />improvements of this Street; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides <br />of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project <br />must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of the street at all times. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City of the City of Elk River this 16th day of February, 1999. <br /> <br />Stephanie A Klinzing, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Sandra A Peine, City Clerk <br /> <br />resolution. relating to parking restr. <br />
