Educational Plaque <br />The plaque shall reflect the city of Elk River's focus on green energy along <br />with information on solar charging and use. <br />There will also be information showing the cooperation between the city and <br />the University of St. Thomas. <br />► The decision was made to have the plaque showcase the city's colors of blue, <br />green and brown. <br />► More information and action on this to be determined. <br />
