This contract shall become effective on:05101/2017 <br /> This contract is by and between: City of Elk River <br /> Speedcutters Outdoor Maintenance, LLC 13065 Orono Parkway <br /> 18523 Olson Street NW and <br /> Elk River,MN 55330 Elk River , MN <br /> 55330 <br /> City of Elk River <br /> shall pay Speedcutters Outdoor Maintenance, LLC the sum of $4805.19 per month. <br /> The contract will be paid out in 18 monthly installments. <br /> Any additional charge items in the scope will be billed on a separate invoice. The service will be billed on or about the 24th of <br /> each month covered under this contract and is due and payable within 15 days of receipt.Appropriate sales taxes will be added <br /> to each invoice. <br /> This contract,including the items and conditions printed on it, if any is hereby accepted. (I)(We)authorize the performance of <br /> the work indicated above and agree that the terms and conditions of the contract now constitute a binding agreement.The <br /> terms and conditions of any purchase order or other confirming documentation which SpeedCutters Outdoor Maintenance LLC. <br /> may issue,shall not modify the terms of this contract. <br /> Either party may cancel this contract with thirty(30)days notice mailed to the party at the addresses listed in this contract. <br /> During this thirty(30)day period, lawn service will continue at the normal rate agreed upon under this contract.Upon <br /> cancellation any money due for service performed up and until that date shall be due and owing by the 10th of the month <br /> following cancellation. <br /> If there is any change in the service fee,our ability to provide service or any other service affecting information you will be <br /> notified in writing within 14 days of such changes. <br /> I,the undersigned,understand and agree that there will be an interest charge of 1.5%per month on any past due balance over <br /> 30 days.
