Highway 10 Corridor <br />Objective Statement <br />Highway 10 is a central transportation corridor through the City <br />and also serves as the gateway to the core downtown area. <br />Currently, a wide array of highway commercial land uses aligns <br />this corridor and the greatest redevelopment challenge is that a El <br />number of existing structures have become marginalized.
