JAN 24 25,147 <br />1/23/17 <br />Dear Mr. Mayor and Elk River City Council Members, <br />Please find attached my application for Utility Commissioner. I am excited for the opportunity to <br />apply for this position. I have been following the Utility Commission through the posted minutes <br />for the last year and a half, as well as reviewing the annual reports of Elk River Municipal and <br />Minnesota Municipal Power Agency. The duties and actions of the committee are right in my <br />wheelhouse. My utility and finance management experience will be an asset for this utility <br />governance position.
