<br />The Northstar Corridor Development Authority met on January 7, 1999, at 4:30 p.m. at
<br />the Sherburne County Government Center, Elk River, Minnesota.

<br />1. Chairperson Wergin called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />2. Mary Richardson called for nominations for election of the 1999 Chairperson.
<br />
<br />Steve Billings nominated Betsy Wergin.
<br />
<br />A motion was made by Paul McCarron, seconded by Lewis Stark and carried
<br />unanimously to close nominations for the 1999 Chairperson.
<br />
<br />A motion was made by Paul McCarron, seconded by Ken Paulson and carried
<br />unanimously to appoint Betsy Wergin as Chairperson of the Northstar Corridor
<br />Development Authority for the term of January 7, 1999, to January, 2001
