The site is uniquely located for purposes of a model home with benefits to both the <br />majority of residents of Hillside Estates, and for marketing new homes in Hillside Estates. The <br />lot in question is at the main access into the subdivision. It is located near commercial property <br />and subsequently has adequate traffic controls. This location would serve to focus model home <br />traffic in an area that is transitional from commercial to residential. This will cause less stress from <br />a traffic standpoint on the interior of the residential area, by concentrating the flow of transient <br />home seekers to the entrance of the area. This is also an easier area to describe geographically, <br />thus making it easier for home buying customers to find. Finally the location is in close proximity <br />of a popular retail corridor, and other model homes, which lends significant advertising appeal. <br />I feel that these reason make this a logical, and safe location for a model home. I hope you will <br />agree. <br /> <br />
