<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 99-_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEES FOR SERVICES FOR 1999 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the council reviewed the fees charged for services on a yearly basis to <br />ensure that the fees charged reflect services rendered; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the costs incurred to process various licenses, services, zoning, and <br />planning requests have been reviewed by the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached fee schedule reflects <br />the fees charged for services rendered by the City of Elk River in 1999. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 25th day of <br />January, 1999. <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
