Materials <br />Because of how construction and landscaping materials, wood, dirt, rocks, pallet <br />substancesare delivered, handled, and extracted from the right-of-ways, staff is recommending that these <br />items beprohibited tobe placed in a right-of-way, nor allowed with a permit.
