Planning Commission Minutes Page 3 <br />December 27, 2016 <br />4.3 Miske Meadows Ï Outlot D, River Park <br />Updated Preliminary Plat, Case No. P 16-21 <br /> <br />Zack Carlton presented the staff report. Staff recommended appro <br />preliminary plat with the six conditions listed in the staff report. <br /> <br />Chair Johnson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Dwayne Sikich, representing Paxmar Ï stated he was present to answer any questions. <br /> <br />There being no one present to speak on the matter, Chair Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Konietzko and seconded by Commissioner Thiel to <br />recommend approval of the request by Paxmar, LLC for the updated Preliminary <br />Plat of Miske Meadows, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.Updated engineering and utility plans must be submitted to the city and <br />approved by city staff. <br />2.An updated Planned Unit Development agreement for Miske Meadows must be <br />approved by the City Council. <br />3.Staff approval of a standard landscape plan for all detached tow <br />consistent with the R-3 townhome/multiple family residential design standards. <br />4.Parcels below 65 feet in width shall be included in a single home ownerÔs <br />association. <br />5.All mailboxes shall be clustered. <br />6.All mailboxes and public utilities with parking restrictions (hydrants) shall be <br />located in a manor to reduce parking impacts. The facilities must be identified on <br />the development plan, and approved by staff. <br /> <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />6. General Business <br /> <br />Planning Manager Zack Carlton thanked Councilmember Burandt for her time served as the <br /> <br />Council liaison to the Planning Commission. <br />6.1 City Council Liaison Update <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Burandt reviewed the December 19, 2016, City Counc <br />the planning items from the November 22, 2016, Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />7.
