THE TWO LOTS ON CROSSING AVENUES CLOSEST TO MAIN STREET HAVE A <br />SHARED DRIVEWAY. <br /> <br />20. NO ACCESS BE ALLOWED, EXCEPT FOR CROSSING AVENUE, ON TO MAIN STREET <br />OR 1815T AVENUE (COUNTY ROAD 12). <br /> <br />21. THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS IN THE WALMART PARKING LOT BE MORE CENTRALLY <br />LOCATED AND ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPED ISLANDS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE <br />NORTH AND WEST. <br /> <br />22. A SIGN AGREEMENT OUTLINING THE LOCATION AND SIZE OF FREESTANDING <br />AND WALL SIGNS BE MADE PART OF THE PUD AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />23.
