This includes <br />softballlbaseball fields, community rooms, park shelters, park buildings and meeting rooms. <br /> <br />Special Events: Plan and implement annual community events working with a local busi- <br />nesses, non-profit groups, PTAs, athletic associations and residents at large. <br /> <br />Communications: Responsible for publishing bi-monthly newsletters for distribution to 5,000 <br />residents. Publication includes writing articles, editing articles submitted by staff members <br />and desk top publishing all materials into a camera-ready brochure. Also included is the <br />development of marketing pamphlets. flyers and small brochures throughout the year in addi- <br />tion to press releases and advertisement copy in local newspapers. <br /> <br />Community Liaison: Facilitate activities of local community groups such as the athletic <br />associations, community theater, and volunteer committees. <br />
