One requirement that must be met prior to granting a tobacco <br />license is that property taxes for the premises must not be delinquent. The <br />property taxes have been checked and all but one are current. The property <br />taxes are delinquent at the Holiday Station located at 13445 Business Center <br />Drive. This license will be considered at a later time on the agenda under <br />administration items. <br /> <br />Attached to this memo is a letter from Kevin Carter of the Elk River Country <br />Club explaining why he has chosen not to renew the tobacco license. Mechanical <br />amusement devices include video games, electronic dart boards, pool tables, <br />mechanical rides, and pinball machines.
