EXHIBIT E <br />CONSENT OF MORTGAGEE <br />The Bank of Elk River, a commercial bank organized and existing under the laws of the State <br />of Minnesota, (“Mortgagee”) is the owner and holder of that certain Mortgage executed by <br />Yankee Doodle Enterprises, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company(“Borrower”) in <br />favor of Mortgagee dated _______________, 20____and recorded ______________, <br />20____in Office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Sherburne County, Minnesota as <br />Document No. ____________ (the “Mortgage”).
