Since the meeting, a property owner on 219th Avenue <br /> contacted staff indicating that 219th is a private road (once the road turns east) and that she wanted to <br /> know how she may revoke the easement. She said people will use that road as access to the ERX facility. <br /> For the TORC race in 2016, she placed barriers prevent through traffic although some drove through her <br /> yard to get around them anyway. She said that ERX has been good to work with and that they do not <br /> encourage people to use 219th Avenue. <br /> The Planning Commission had no comments or concerns and the applicant has no issues with the <br /> recommended conditions. <br /> The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the request. <br /> Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) <br /> The mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for ERX Motor Park was completed on <br /> January 3, 2017,with a resolution from Council.
