With a heated water system, <br /> we will now be able to complete this type of work during cold weather periods when the ground is <br /> frozen. This unit also has a vacuum system that can be used for storm drain repairs and maintenance. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> The total cost of the vacuum excavation trailer on the state contract is $71,803.
