<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Community Recreation will assist and promote one youth association per sport and <br />population served. Any new associations serving a population in a sport that is already <br />being served must meet the following criteria to be assisted and promoted by Community <br />Recreation: <br /> <br />· Have a minimum of 4 teams and <br />· Demonstrate that they have done everything possible to resolve any issues with <br />the existing association. <br /> <br />If no conflicts exist, Community Recreation will encourage the new association to join <br />the existing group. <br /> <br />Community Recreation reserves the right to not promote an existing organization should <br />they find that: <br />· Needs are not being met or are being better served by another group <br />· Policies set by Community Recreation are not being followed <br /> <br />The youth associations that are recognized by Community Recreation will have priority <br />with any field needs. <br />
