The HRA approved the last amendment May 2, 2016, modifying the duties of the Secretary. The <br />HRA Bylaws are attached. <br />The annual meeting was moved to February to allow the new Councilmember to be seated to vote on the <br />annual meeting items. This change allows the Council to appoint one of its members to serve on the <br />HRA at their first meeting in January.
