Council reconvened <br />at 8:29 p.m. <br /> <br />9.1 Spectrum High School <br /> <br /> Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Rick Peterson, Spectrum representative – Stated they want to work with the city <br />and business owners, but still have a plan feasible for the school. <br /> <br />Dan DeBruyn, Spectrum representative – Stated there is a need to find space for <br />growth and the proposed 13 acre site of city-owned property has some benefits. He <br />stated they are open to trying to work out a solution. <br /> <br />Mayor Dietz questioned why the Economic Development Authority (EDA) is not <br />interested in offering up the city-owned property to Spectrum. <br /> <br />Councilmember Westgaard noted moving Spectrum from the Industrial Park to the <br />Business Park does not solve any issues. He stated concerns were expressed with <br /> <br />
