LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DECISION Date of Decision: October 25, 2013 ® Approved ❑ Approved with conditions (include below) ❑ Denied LGU Findings and Conclusions (attach additional sheets as necessary): A wetland delineation was completed for a 120 acre site in Elk River. Eleven wetlands were delineated, totaling 30.32 acres. Wetlands included Type 2, and 3 (Fresh Wet Meadow and Shallow Marsh) wetlands. Wetlands were field reviewed on October 11, 2013 and the delineation boundaries were accurate. Upon further discussion with the applicant, some of the wetland areas may be incidental as they were created as part of mining activities. This Notice of Application does not include review or approval of incidental status of any wetlands as that will be addressed through a separate application process. The wetland boundaries and types as indicated in the Wetland Delineation Report from Anderson Engineering dated September 30, 2013 are approved.
