Site visit was <br />conducted on May 12, 2016. <br />LGU instructed applicant to maintain city ordinance setbacks of 25 ft. and use proper erosional control <br />measures. <br />Wetland #8 has since been restored with vegetation and shall maintain wetland status. <br />Additional conditions include: <br />-All other local, state, or federal pennits are obtained, as necessary; <br />- The application, as reviewed by the TEP, is followed as submitted, with any changes to the permitted <br />plan to be brought back to the TEP for review and approval. <br />BWSR Forms 7-1-10 Page 1 of 3 <br />
