There are two new gravel mines proposed approximately 1 mile north of ERX Motor Park off Baldwin Street NW. The following properties are proposed for mineral extraction: • PID 75-103-1101 (44 acres) • PID 75-782-0105 (17 acres) • PID 75-103-1300 (55 acres) • PID 75-103-1400 (69 acres) e. Discuss the nature of the cumulative potential effects and summarize any other available information relevant to determining whether there is potential for significant environmental effects due to these cumulative effects. Cumulative potential effects would generally be limited to minimal effects to all environmental factors presented in this EAW. All projects are being coordinated by the City of Elk River and undergoing the appropriate level of environmental review. 20.
