Meeting of the Elk River City Council <br />ver Held at the Elk River City Hall <br />Thursday, November 17, 2016 <br />Members Present: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Olsen, Burandt, (5:45 p.m.), and <br />Wagner <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Westgaard <br />Staff Present: City Administrator Calvin Portner, City Attorney Roger Knutson, <br />Human Resources Representative Lauren Wipper, Parks and <br />Recreation Director Michael Hecker, Parks Maintenance Supervisor <br />Tim Sevcik, and City Clerk Tina Allard <br />I. Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council <br />was called to order at 5:31 p.m. by Mayor Dietz. <br />Mayor Dietz stated on the record that the meeting will be closed pursuant to MN <br />Statute Section 13D.05, subd. 3(a) and that the subject to be discussed is the work <br />performance of Amy Borst, Parks Maintenance Worker. <br />2. Closed Meeting — MN Statute Section 13D.05, subd. 3(a) <br />Council closed the meeting and completed an evaluation of Amy Borst, Parks <br />Maintenance Worker, work performance. <br />3. Adjournment <br />There being no farther business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting of the Elk <br />River City Council at 6:01 p.m. <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />
