EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />1. Park dedication shall be paid for one dwelling unit at the rate applicable when the <br />subdivision is released for recording. The current rate for low density residential is <br />$1,425.93 per dwelling unit. <br />2. Surface Water Management Impact Fee shall be paid for one dwelling unit at the <br />rate applicable when the subdivision is released for recording. The current rate is <br />$113 per lot. <br />3. The plat shall not be released until the wetland delineation is approved by the <br />Technical Evaluation Panel and updated as directed. <br />4. Submittal of written approval from Sherburne County permitting an additional <br />driveway for the new parcel. <br />5.
