CITY OF ELK ROVER <br />2017 COMPENSATION PLAN <br />FOR NON -ORGANIZED EMPLOYEES <br />PAY <br />Pay Ranges <br />All current pay ranges of the approved City Pay Plan shall increase two and one half <br />percent (2.51/6) effective the first pay period of January 2017 which begins on December <br />25, 2016. <br />2. Waste Water Treatment Operators shall be paid as follows: <br />License <br />Step <br />Probationary Firefighter <br />A <br />D <br />B <br />C <br />C -D <br />B <br />E <br />With satisfactory performance and once a license has been obtained, the employee shall <br />immediately move to the lowest step for that license. The employee may move up one <br />step on the fust pay period of July until the highest step for that license has been reached. <br />Step Increases <br />3. Effective the fust pay period of July 2017, which begins June 25, 2017, all non-union full- <br />time and eligible part-time employees receiving a satisfactory rating on their performance <br />review will move up one step in their pay range. <br />All orientation period employees will receive increases as stated in their employment <br />letter. If no special provision was outlined in the employment letter, the employee shall <br />receive the first step increase on the date noted above provided they have successfully <br />passed Orientation and are performing satisfactorily. <br />Part -Time Pay <br />4. Effective January 1, 2017, Paid On -Call Firefighters shall be paid in accordance with the <br />following schedule: <br />Position <br />Hourly Rate <br />Probationary Firefighter <br />$ 9.50 <br />Firefighter <br />$13.54 <br />Lieutenant <br />$14.04 <br />Captain <br />$14.54 <br />District Chief <br />$15.04 <br />Assistant Chief <br />$15.54 <br />Additional Educational Incentive Pay shall be paid as approved by the City Council on <br />October 27, 1997. <br />
