Parks and Recreation Director Update <br /> Mr. Hecker presented his staff report. <br /> Because the River's Edge Downtown Association has their tree lighting on <br /> November 26th,Ms. Wagner wanted to confirm the electrical work at the River's <br /> Edge Park will not interfere with the tree lighting. Mr. Sevcik confirmed the <br /> electrical is operational and will not cause any issues. <br /> 9. Division Manager's Update <br /> Mr. Benoit presented his staff report. <br /> Ms.Wagner said the Downtown Trick-or-Treating had good weather and was very <br /> successful and very well attended. The downtown was packed all day and it was <br /> good for the local businesses. <br /> 10. Announcements <br /> Mr. Sagan asked how the cleanup at Bailey Point went. Mr.Anderson reported that <br /> there were about 15 people and it went very well. Parks staff were on site to apply <br /> the herbicide which made the process go quicker. The entire Elk River frontage is <br /> complete. <br /> II.
