This property is currently under such a review for the off-road racing <br /> facilities, specifically the anticipated attendance for their larger events. The comment period for the <br /> EAW has closed, and staff is working with ERX to finalize the document and bring it forward to the City <br /> Council for approval in early January. <br /> Planning Commission Meeting Summary <br /> Staff presented the plat and CUP to the Planning Commission on November 29, 2016, to ensure <br /> comments could be addressed prior to Council action in January. No one spoke for or against the <br /> request during the public hearing, and staff has not received any comments since the Planning <br /> Commission meeting. <br /> The Planning Commission had no comments or concerns and the applicant has no issues with the <br /> recommended conditions.
