For further breakdown: <br /> • Residential use up 32% <br /> • Commercial use down 19% <br /> Water Operating Revenues for October of$208,007 are down from last year by 2% and <br /> lower than YTD budget by 8%. <br /> Other Revenues of$61,150 are up from the prior year 10%, again with the Connection <br /> Fees being the driving force. <br /> Overall, Total Revenues of$269,158 are ahead of the prior year by less than 1% and <br /> ahead of YTD budget by 4%. <br /> Expenses are over the prior year by 5% and under YTD budget by 4%. The various <br /> expense items are relatively consistent with the prior year. Administrative and General <br /> Expenses are up due to the insurances, as noted with the Electric. <br /> For October 2016, the Water Department has a Net Profit of$65,057, which is behind <br /> last year's profit of$73,823. YTD Net Profit is $374,389, which is ahead of the prior <br /> YTD Net Profit of$198,876, and significantly ahead of the budgeted YTD Net Profit of <br /> $188,892. <br /> :�n <br />
