THAT PRIOR TO CLEARING TREES OR GRADING, THE DRIPLINE OF <br />PROTECTED TREES AND THE LIMIT OF GRADING SHALL BE FENCED WITH <br />A SNOW FENCE TO PREVENT UNNECCESARY GRADING, COMPACTION, OR <br />STORAGE OF DEBRIS OR EQUIPMENT. <br /> <br />23.
