A monument style sign may be located at the intersection of <br />Jackson Road and southernmost entrance to the project. <br /> <br />2. This sign shaH have a maximum height of six (6) feet and a <br />width of four (4) feet. <br /> <br />3. The purpose for this sign is to identify the anchor tenant <br />(Target) located at the southerly end of the project. <br />, <br /> <br />4. Said sign shall be constructed in accordance with the <br />illustration on Attachment 8. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Monument Sign For Freestanding Sites <br /> <br />1. Each of the freestanding buildings within EPe' wilI be <br />/ <br />allowed to have a freestanding sign. The freestanding' sign must <br />be of a monument style with a maximum height of ten (10) feet and <br />a maximum area of one hundred (100) square reet. <br /> <br />2. Attachment C illustrates a typical monument' sign for <br />freestanding buildings. <br /> <br />f. Wall Signs (Freestanding Sites) <br /> <br />1. Wall signage for each freestanding building must consist of <br />individual letters and shall not have more than one (1) wall sign for <br />each principal building except that where the building abuts two (2) <br />or more public streets. <br /> <br />2. The gross surface area of a wall sign for freestanding <br />buildings shall not exceed ten (10) percent of the area of the <br />building wall, including doors and windows, to which the sign is to <br />be affixed. <br /> <br />WaIl Signs (Multi Tenant Building) <br /> <br />1. Fascia signs for individual retail tenants shall be for store <br />identity only. <br /> <br /> <br />
