THAT OUTDOOR STORAGE BE LIMITED TO THE 1000 SF DUMPSTER / <br />RECYCLING ENCLOSURE. <br /> <br />8. THAT THE SITE BE LANDSCAPED TO CONFORM TO CITY ORDINANCE. <br /> <br />9. THAT A LIGHTING PLAN BE PROVIDED THAT CONFORMS TO CITY <br />ORDINANCE. <br /> <br />10. THAT AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BE OBTAINED <br />PRIOR TO PHASE TWO OF THE SITE DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br />11.
