ELK RIVER PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP. <br />1.6 Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 412.331 and 412.341, subdivision 1, <br />1.7 the city of Elk River may increase the membership of the city's public utilities commission <br />1.8 to five members. Upon increasing the membership to five members, no more than two <br />1.9 members may also serve as city council members. Terms for the additional members <br />1.10 shall be staeeered and set in accordance with the bvlaws eovernine the public utilities <br />1.11 commission. <br />1.12 EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective the day after the governing body of <br />1.13 the city of Elk River and its chief clerical officer timely comply with Minnesota Statutes, <br />1.14 section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3. <br />Section 1. 1 <br />
