Meeting of the Elk River City Council <br />Acting as the Canvassing Board <br />for the City of Elk River <br />Held at Elk River City Hall <br />Monday, November 14, 2016 <br />Members Present: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Burandt, Olsen, and Wagner <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Westgaard <br />Staff Present: City Clerk Tina Allard and Executive Secretary/Deputy City Clerk <br />Jessica Miller <br />1. Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council <br />was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Mayor Dietz. <br />2. Canvass Results of November 8, 2016, General Election <br />Canvass Returns and Declan Results <br />Ms. Allard presented the staff report. <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Burandt <br />to adopt resolution 16-73 canvassing election returns and declaring the results <br />of the city general election held November 8, 2016. Motion carried 4-0. <br />3.
