A <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />October 10, 2000 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Promotion of Kris Hanson <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I would like to move Kris Hanson to a position with some increased <br />responsibility. Currently she is a Liquor Clerk I, which is essentially the <br />same as all of our part time employees. It is for this reason that I would like <br />to upgrade her position to Liquor Clerk II. <br /> <br />Kris will be trained to do some purchasing of merchandise, opening and <br />banking procedures as well as other duties described in the Liquor Clerk II <br />job description or as the need arises under management direction. It makes <br />sense for the store to make better use of a 40 hour per week employee and I <br />believe Kris will do well with the change. <br /> <br />I would also like to suggest that we start Kris at a step [C] on Pay Grade 6, <br />(Liquor Clerk II scale).
