Descri:ption of Project Narrative <br /> Sprint:. <br /> 19179 Freeport St <br /> Elk River, MNI 55330 <br /> In addition, to the already approved sign on the front of the building, I am requesting permission <br /> to installl (1) sign on the rear of the building. This sign will be the same, size and specifications as <br /> the sign on the front of the building (12'-Y2" long by 3'-6" tall' reading "Sprint (logo]" and be LED <br /> lit). <br /> The Sprint suite doesn't have access to the side of the building to put a sign, only the front and <br /> rear. The adjacent stores have a minimuirn of 2 signs on the building promoting their businesses <br /> (Leeann Chin - Front, Side, & Rear -- Starbucks - Front & Side). In addition, while there is a <br /> monument sign, the, Sprints panel is on the bottom, is blocked by a fence with vines, and will be <br /> covered by snow come winter.
