This sign Is permitted within the triangular comer of Outiot <br />C, HILLSIDE CROSSING 11, <br />This sign may have a maximum height of Twenty-Seven (2 7) feet and <br />width of Thirty-Fom ur (34) feet. Multiple tenants may be identified on this <br />sign; as illustrated on Attachment A. <br />Each of the freestanding buildings, other than Menards, within <br />HILLSIDE CROSSING 11 will be allowed to have a freestanding <br />sign. The freestanding sign must be of'a monument style with a <br />maximum height of Ten (10) feet and a maximum area of One Sign <br />Hundred (1 00) square feet, as shown on A ttachment C. <br />
